Excellent weapon! I carry an XD-40 in my truck. I've had mine for a few years now, shoot it regularly, and have never had any problems with it.

I also have one just like this that I carry and it is a fine weapon. It does not have the manual safety though.

If you like 1911's u will like the XD. Have alot of the same feel. Not exact but very similar. That is why I like them
