Looking for someone to assist me in replacing my heater core. I will provide all the tools, supplies and parts. I'll also provide all meals and beverages. I can even come to you. I just need someone there for moral support.

Backstory:
I"ve had the heep for 2 years and it has never had heat. Troubleshooting the issue has lead me to replace the thermo; flush and back flush the cooling system. I've also remedied a head gasket issue with Blue Devil (google it). Its either got to be a vacuum leak or the heater core.

I'm going to replace the heater core (~65.00) but I don't feel comfortable doing it solo. It involves pulling the dash and should be a good days worth of labor.

Let me check to see that I'm not committed elsewhere this weekend.

I am sure that we can get it apart, but going back is going to be the problem.

:laughing4: Isn't that usually the case?

Rob, thanks for the offer, but, I'll be heading out of town this weekend. I'm in no really hurry for this fix; just sometime before the cold weather sets in.

I'll post back up when I know I'm free.

Any time that I can help just let me know. I was just joking about not getting it back together. We should use all of the bolts and might just throw some extras in for good measure. Rob
