I don't know why they aren't working for you, I just copy and pasted them from your post into a new post. You do nee to resize them to 640X480.

Try just posting the pictures with no text.

is that a good spot to be welding the spring hangors to? Looks like one of those thin shields that prtects the gas lines. IT may just be the way I am looking at the picture.

im not sure what you are refering to. i made sure i welded it safely...or as best as possible. i know welding by agas tank is not the best but it works

im still figuring out wether they are in the right place or not, cuz the shackel angles dont line up to well, so i have some re-arraning to do :(

the gas tank on a toyota is in front of the rear tires on the passenger side
if he move his hangers on the front of the rear springs then he would be close to the tank and lines
the only thing back the is some electrical wires

I wasn't questioning the Quality of your welding. I had just noticed on the last picture where the shackle was attached, I can't tell if that is the frame or not. Simply because on the right side of the shackle it doesn't look like the frame. With the hole through the metal. Im so confused :?

Even though my wife drives a Tacoma I don't clame to know enough about yotas to for spring placement points.

I do understand that its the rear of the truck because of the spare tire carrier in the picture.

Either way keep it up, Good job.

haha, no offense tacken towards my welding, not to brag or anything, but im a second year welding apprentice, journeyman by no means but almost
im not sure why there is holes in my frame at the rear, i will be cutting it off anyways when i do my flat bed, but for now i just want to finish the lift and be able to drive it!!!!

06-21-2007, 11:22 PM
Very nice flex. I like the lift, don't let those jaws close or there will be more body damage.

Yota4Him
06-22-2007, 06:05 PM
thanks for the comments, as far as body damage goes, not that much has occured, just rubbed paint from the parking lot ( people try and see if the yota rubs off on thier vehicles  it dont work either)

but the damage will come once it gets wheeled a couple times and i bob the bed.
