Keep a close eye on what happens here. Soon The Bible will be a choice rather than the standard for taking an oath unless we the people of NC put a stop to it. The use a The Bible is a tradition that has been in use the courtroom throughout our American history. I am very ashamed that she represents Orange and Person County, NC. I voted against her.
I am going to e-mail this to a couple of national radio talk show hosts. Hopefully with enough bad press it will be defeated. :x
