Sometimes you can get away with nothing more than a Dropped Pitman Arm. Others will have interference issues with the drag link and the passenger side leaf spring so a Z link may be used for clearance. The best way is High-steer, but it's costly on a D30.

the yj is the easiest thing to do a spring over on. the only thing you will have to buy is the new spring perches for the axles. In the front, you can take the spring plates that have your shock mounts and sway bar mounts, and just swap sides with them. take the drivers side and put it on the pass side and vice-versa. you will see how it works out by doing it like that once you see the plates switched around. everything bolts right back up, including the sway bar if you want to keep it. only problem you will encounter is axle wrap in the rear. you may wanna add an anti wrap bar of some sorts to it while you have your welder back there welding the perches on the rear axle.
