some good ideas there. Atleast the IFS wrangler is not going to happen now. Too bad they ar talking about calling the liberty a cherokee.

Kind of cool idea if it were true;). April issue always like to play on thees things. Last april we heard about Navistar (International) planning on building the Scout again. I love the old IH iron and I think no one has been able to keep modern offroadability like Jeep. If it was true there would be a high expectation of what would be produced. But I have a feeling it would end up being a pretty boy Hummer copy with power everything and lots of cup holders:kewl:

Just remember, if AMC hadn't sold AM General to GM, the Hummer would be a Jeep. Note the 7 slot grill.

It would be cool, if this is true, for them to use the GC platform with the rubicon package, and make the scout again.

I learned to off-road in a Scout Traveller, I guess jeep guys are really gullible.:icon_eek: You could never pull that over on a Suzuki guy.:icon_smile:
But then again, I heard IH bought the rights to build Samurais here in the states, now I can't wait for that!:icon_lol:
