Most of you know I am constantly beating the bushes looking for parts, and in my travels I often times see some pretty interesting things, but rarely have a camera with me to get a pic.Well yesterday I had the camera, and here's what I found.

There was a lot more, but people kinda frown on a stranger walking around their property taking pics.

Seems to me there is an old salvage yard with a similar inventory down on the 107 cutoff, some guys back yard. It really is a shame to see that hardware going back to the dirt, you should rescue them all Steve.

That stuff has been gone about two years now.I looked around when they were cleaning it out, about all of it was to far gone. They had been people from everywhere in and out of there and whatever good stuff he had was long gone. There is a yard that I have been trying to get into for a year or so and they appear to have a lot of old stuff like this.I finally got a # for him and am going to try and go one Sat.It will be a little while before I go because I have bought a bunch and need to recoupe some of my money, but I'll get some pics.

you should rescue them all Steve.

Maybe so,but it's not my area of expertise.I am not up on classic cars parts too much and dont know the value or desirabilty of those parts. If good classic parts are still around there is a reason why. They either wont sell or they are unrealalistic on prices.Everybody knows about muscle cars parts.

Do you know if they'd sell any of those at a reasonable price? You took a pic of one of my dream cars - the convertible Ghia

Those pics make me wanna cry...poor rusty cars. I gotta show my Dad's friend, that's what he likes to do buy and restore the classics like that.

I can't believe it, I just can't believe it. The pic with all those '57s, I just can't believe it. Who would get rid of a late 80s Escort, I'm going to cry. I can't believe you took all those pics of the old rust bucket junkers, and only got half the Escort in the pic. :(

He had some with air brakes and I assumed they were 5 tons. These had hyd brakes. That might explain the asking price.

add a tube roll cage to the end add another axle and walla super-super duty off road...err aa that would get stuck every where. never mind leave it.
