I haven't been offroad in a couple of weeks, so on a whim, I went up to Mendota this afternoon. It was more rutted than I've seen it ever. I can tell my offroading with Gordon is paying off, because I still crawled up it very easy. Before, with stock tires I kept chickening out and would only hook my front tires over the top and back down. (I can only be so daring by myself) There are some ledges developing in the initial climb and I was really surprised I didn't bottom out on them. The view was great today, and I'm sorry I didn't have a camera with me. It was a fun quick trip.

My wife actually wants to go up to the firetower today. She's never gone wheelin with me since I got my JK, so I have to take advantage of it. We'll probably get over there about 2 or so. RamAFord and anyone else is welcome to come over and meet up with us. Sorry for quick notice, but thats how it works with my better half. I'll have CB on channel 4 if you get over there and I'm at the top.

I would love to have went today, but i am stuck working nights all week. I understand how the wife stuff is. I believe i saw your jeep last week one day in colonial heights. I didnt really know who it was but i did notice the lift, tires/wheels. and then it hit me whos jeep it was. But anyways, well definitely have to meet up and do a little wheeling before long.
