just curios if anyone wanted to go on a local trail sat. aug 9th. i was thinking dick creek falls but im up for any trail as long as its not too rough on the stock wrangler x...just seeing if anyone might wanna go or would like to do another trail?

I was thinking meet at Maple Grove Restaurant around 8:00 or 9:00 and get going early before it gets real hot.

cool ive got a friend who is riding with me ill be in a blakc wrangler ill pm you my number. anyone been ther just curious how bad the trail rash will be?

Trail rash is a definite. The last time I was there I rolled the windows up to keep the trail out.

I'll be in the red Cherokee seen in my avatar. I've got a buddy riding with me, too, and probably another in his Cherokee.

i plan on going topless and door less to help keep it away do you think ill have trouble with clearance...i went up lil stoney ok got hung up twice but made it ok im in a stock wrangler x....

Are you talking about ground clearance? If so, you should have no problem. I've seen a couple of stock vehicles in there before.

yep should of specified...oh well i blame it on the fact that its friday...i had pmed gordon as well he said i shouldnt have any issues...btw i was working this evening in jb on e main i think i saw you a few before six driving down the road....

was nice meeting you marshall, hope you get your jeep up and running ok....got home my self and spent 3 hours putting on tow hooks....such a pita. hope we can get out again sometime soon.

trail was nice little mud holes everywhere, i did get a little "natures own pin striping"...had to much fun and forgot to take any pics...

I had a great time, too. FOund out what was/is wrong with the Transfer Case shift linkage. Had to crawl under the Jeep to get 2WD to get home. Trever took some pics. I'll post some when I get them from him.
