my post must have been lost so i'll repost for those who were planning on attending.

Catawba River Crawlers will have a ride in clover, sc at my farm on July 19th.

Big rocks, and hopefully the tire course will be done by then too.

Grace members always welcome to join us.

the address to the farm is 314 Brown Rd, York SC.

You won't actually go to the farm entrance. Look at the map in the above post.

Had a great time today. Surfersami came and did good in the sami. The front locker has completely changed the xj. I made it up all the ledges and rocky hill climbs that I never thought it would ever do. No breakage, just some sheet metal carnage on my rear quarter just below the cargo glass.

Wish more people could have made it. It went from an expected 10-12 rigs to just 5. But still a good day in the woods. hopefully i'll get some pics from some of the guys that were there soon.

Justin,
Me and the boys had a great time yesterday, sorry we had to leave early. It was great meeting the other guys out also. Hey I didn't bring my camera, so if anyone else has pics that could post up that would be cool. Sorry about the rear quarter panel, fire up the chainsaw and relieve some frustration. Did you ever go back and do a donut? Speaking of donuts, I think my boys ate the majority of the Krispy Kreams that showed up. Thanks for a good time, hope we can stay longer next time.

It's a shame we didn't get some video of my donut.

yea, you will have to come back and do it again. I loved the big puff of black smoke. You are a braver man than i to do one in such a skinny truck. I just knew it was going to flop over.

When the samurai was tested alongside the Jeep xj, s-10 blazer, bronco II and wrangler it was found to be the most stable of the bunch. That was from the transscripts of the video at the trial for the lawsuit against consumer reports from the professional test driver who did the testing. The video proved it also.

Wish I could have been there. My week and weekend was full. Please try to inform me of the next ride. It will be about 2 hours for me to get there. I really want to try my truck out.
Pics look like you had fun.
Maybe next time I can be there.
