I started this separate thread for posts related to a Grace sponsered trail ride which would occur after the Smokey Bones M & G.

Anyone interested in a trail ride - post up here and we'll see what develops.

Count me in on the ride. I don't have a trail preference.

I would propose a 4:00 pm Stony ride or a Graceland ride, after the toys run and M & G.

This is what I posted in the non-Grace events thread.

An all day event would conflict with the Toy Run and M & G, which I believe should be the Grace primary event for that day. I would really prefer we don't have two events overlapping.

Anyone wanting to run Stony could come to the toy run, then either go on to Stony around 2:00, or attend the Smokey Bones M & G and then hit Stony at around 4:00 pm. There again, my preference would be after the M & G.

This most likely will be the only M & G until spring, or at least late winter. We have got a lot of new members, and the toy run would give opportunity for them to get into the swing, as well as families, and so forth, which is all along the Christmas time theme. We will have fellowship time at TRU and at the Marines drop off, as well as at Bones.

I do believe clean-up is important, and am still working the issues with the FS. I believe, as a group thing, clean-ups in late winter, after the holidays pass, would garner more members and act as a kick off into our spring season. This prior to heavy growth beginning, but after trails open back up.

Doing it this way would cut the conflict.

That sounds good, we could also do an afternoon Graceland trip for anyone that didn't want to run Stoney.

Anyone want to run Dennis Cove on Saturday? I can't make a Stoney run, as it takes too long, and I have to get my wife home in time for work. I know that DC can be done in around 2 hours if not less, and she will only go if I take her to a "easy" trail.
