Ordered a set of replacement headlamps... http://www.roundeyes.com/Jeep_Headlamps-7_Round_Jeep_Conversion_Headlamps.html ...honestly I can't say that I was impressed with them. It was maybe a 10% increase from the factory halogens to these. The clear plastic cover does look better than the factory glass covers. I just hope that doesn't come back to haunt me with cracks/scratches. Shipping time was ok  Customer service was pretty good though.

If only you would've let me know you were wanting to upgrade the headlights..... Years ago I wanted more from the TJ also.
Ask Thumpszilla how bright our TJ's lights are - completely street legal, probably about 150% improvement over stock.
Got these (http://www.jcwhitney.com/autoparts/Search?catalogId=10101&storeId=10101&sku=wv139317&searchbtn.x=0&searchbtn.y=0) H4 housings and tossed the bulbs they came with. Installed Silvania Silverstar bulbs in them. Disclaimer on the housings says "for off road use only", but the JC Whitney rep told me that is because of the high power bulbs they are available with. Silverstar bulbs are DOT legal - and WOW what a difference! :smokin:

I could always return them, since Im not that satisfied with them...... Once I pulled the factory housings out I was really suprised that you couldn't just replace the bulb.

My Roundeyes have replaceable bulbs, and are MUCH better than stock.
