:( If they weren't working me 7 days a week for the last 2 weeks, I would love to go. But the OT has put me behind schedule on getting the FSJ ready.

Steve, I might. Need to see how the week develops. What time, ya think? Maybe 11:00 or so at the trailhead?

Steve, you still wanting to hit Horse Creek tomorrow?

Anyone else out there want to go?

It's about a 4 hour ride, up and back, for those who have not been there before. Fairly easy trail, too. Great view from the topside.

Yup, planning on it. I'll check the thread around 10:00 tomorrow morning in case something comes up and you aren't going to make it. If something comes up and I have to bail, I'll post before 10:00, as well, but at this point, should be a go.

Well gang, ya' all missed a nice day at Horse Creek. Steve, Vince, and I met up at 11:00 and headed on up. We stayed up at the overlook and chatted for an hour or so, then came on back down.

Non-eventful trip, just a great day for an easy run up to the overlook. No rig issues - Steve's rig and the new steering did great. I think he's got a couple minor things to look at before Harlan, plus recheck torques, etc.

Just like all the other trails - hardly any water, and no mud. We were kicking dust as we went along. No bears, no snakes, just a few chipmunks & birds.

That's it!
