Ordered 3 items from quadratec
One was was right. The other two were liftgate hinges for my hard top and a cb mount. The lifgtate hinges were ordered black, but shipped in stainless. I installed them anyway (which wasn't fun alone) because I didn't want my back window slapping against the top till I got the right ones in. The CB bracket that came was just the mouting plate, but not the bracket that would screw in to the sides of the CB. Again no biggie, I'm thinking "call them up and they'll ship that part to you". Not so, "Chris" told me that the part in question was not included with that product and it could be orderd. Even though its clearly installed with it in their catalog pic, nor is it labeled as "mounting plate only". He says ship it back at no cost, just take it to UPS and they will bill Quadratec. That sounded fishy, but I trusted "Chris", so I took it UPS and they DO NOT do that. It was only 8.xx to ship that and another part back to them, it was point that "Chris" lied to me. For that, it is very unlikely that I will do business with Quadratec again.
