Just arrived in Gulf breeze at my best buddys house the weather is getting kinda bad but at least were here and safe. will post pics

What a coincidence. I just got back from Florida on Monday.

well last night I did a whole lot of praying. My friend and I went out on an atv an really got in a bad way. we decided to clear a trail that has not been ridden in a while it started out ok but an hr into it to far to turn back and the terrain just got worse, after hr 2 all we could see for miles was bush that was 6 to 7 ft. tall. we had to stand on the atv every few mins to make sure that we were going in a straight line. after hr 3 then 4 we were a lil worried . really not prepared. I thought he had proper equipment but I was wrong no flash light, no flares, and no maps nothing and at this point we were getting low on fuel. Then we flipped backwards and I landed in a thick patch of great fl thorn bushes. (that really hurts) I have cuts and scrapes all over and lots of punctures on my back and arms. any way we get going and it is dark at this time Im bleeding and tired and had not eaten all day, so I bow my head and start praying for the Lord to guide us out safe and soon. while in prayer now hr 5 and 1/2 I come to ease and a few seconds later we hit a cleared trail and then the pavement home free in 3 mins. Isnt he great. Just thought that I would share I am off to the beach now. :wink:
