ok so it's down to 2 and 4 so i played with each a little. i also made one with text but i don't know if they would cost to cut but you can see how it looks. 5 and 6 are basically the same as their counterparts, but the designs are about 1/4" less deep.

I like the Grace ones.

Jarrett is local. Jarrett you could call American Mechanical, they have a waterjet they could cut these on. I think the cost is $150 per hour flat rate. May be better to find someone with a CNC plasma though.

yeah i've got a guy in tx who's supposed to get me a price. waterjets do have more overhead to run than the plasmas.

There's a place in Blountville that has a CNC laser. Cleanest cuts i've ever seen. The name of the place in Engineering Sales Corporation.

Turn at the fire station, follow road up alittle was it'll go to the right, then there is a church on the right and it's right past there,it's before a bridge off to the left.............that should be as clear as mud.......
I can't find the phone #
But if you call Shouns Lumber, his son's run the little machine shop up in poga.

Ask Andy's01. He had a bunch built awhile back and I am pretty sure they were around $135 or so per set of 4. Included the anti coning rings too. I could be a little off on the dollar but I know I am pretty close.

Your in luck. I have a laser at work. And can get them quoted for you. The ones you have are similar to the ones I had designed for DJ Rob to bolt to his M/T wheels. The cost should be close depending on the material thickness.
