View Full Version : Anything Going On July 1st?
I will be up in NE TN (Kingsport or Bristol) for some work related stuff from June 29th - July 2nd. Of those days the only day I will most likely have open will be Sunday July 1st. I am thinking about taking the Heep and maybe heading down to Callalantee but I have been there a dozen times and wouldn't mind seeing some place new. Doesn't even have to be particularly difficult. Just getting out and meeting some new folks would be good enough for me.

We'll be getting ready for our big 4th of July celebration, we usually have between 4000-5000 people.

That sounds like fun. I realize it is a ways out yet. Anything I need to be concerned about? My Heep is locked front and rear, 35's, beadlocks and a cage.

It will be very easy for you.

What about bumpus or little stoney?

I am up for anything. My only preference is going somewhere I haven't been. Since I have only been to Crackers Neck, Callalantee and Windrock in TN I figured it should be easy to find something new. :)

I agree you will like Bumpus Cove.
Sounds good to me.
Coming up on 3 weeks away. While I am not looking forward to having to go up there for the reasons behind it I am still looking forward to meeting some folks if I can. Are we still a go for this? If not, no big deal. I was thinking about maybe heading up to Harlan as well. WebWheeling.com is putting on a big run in Oct. up there and I would like to get up to Harlan to scout out some trails for our Group 2 guys ( anything less than 35's locked front and rear and a winch) to make sure they have a challenging time without too much carnage.

Are you available on Saturday the 30th? There's a Harlan thread in our Grace Events. Just starting to get some postings so it's not set in stone yet, but - if not Harlan we could always hit Bumpus or Stony.
I'm sure we'll have something going on.

I can't do Saturday the 30th. I am going to be up there for a merger with Wellmont Home Care from June 29th - July 3rd. The only day I have open is July 1st. :(
