Here are some pics of mt "Blue Mule" Also known as my 1986 Isuzu Trooper. I am currently searching for replacement floor pans with little or no success. I have some rust issues.

Build your floorpans. Just keep some thin metal and weld it in, then shape it with a hammer as you go. When you get it done seal it with herculiner so you can't see the seam. If you don't have a welder, then use pop rivets or self tapping screws.
It works much better than the standard cardboard fix people do around here.

Nice window sticker ya got there  Are you still active duty?
I was an AMS2 from '95-'99, then did 2 years drilling reserve as SW2.

Still active duty, at least until 2008 when I retire. I may even go back to Clarksville, Tn. and try to get my old job back at Fort Campbell.

I would find a wrecked truck, and cut the pans out.

You may know already, but Independent4x is in Richmond, VA; they may have some "parts" trucks with floor pans availalble. See independent4x.com for their website. Matt is the owner's name.
Otherwise, some good Isuzu forums can be found at:
planetisuzoo.com
4x4wire.com
Each of these have good/decent "classifieds" where you may find a First Generation Trooper being parted-out near you.
My Isuzu friends are at MWIOR.com, but the classifieds aren't nearly what they are at the sites above.

I think that I found a trooper in a you pull yard around here that may have what you are looking for. Let me know, and I will look at it for you. Rob
