Actually, if you speak a little Spanish, it would be Habl? m?s despacio. That's the formal command form of "Speak slower, please."
And, "m?s despacio, por favor" works just as well.
"Hablan m?s despacio, por favor" means "They speak more slowly" or "They speak slower".
