I got woke up this morning by my wife calling to tell me that someone drove by and busted the window out of my car while she was at my inlaws. I locate a window and the guy said he wanted $50 for and would pull it and have it up there in about an hour. So an hour and a half later we go down there and he hasn't even started on it. He said ti give him about an hour and he would bring up there. 2 hours later still no window. So I borrow my mother in laws blazer and go back down there with the needed tools to do it myself. He doesn't even have one. There is a car like mine there but it doesn't belong to him. So he calls the guy and the guy said to get it $50. 10 minutes later I have the window pulled it myself and go back to inlaws. Get the window back in and head home. On the way home some punk kid in a Kia Spectra keeps getting up beside me trying to get me to race. I won't race so he flips me the bird. I turn on to lakeshore rd. and he follows. This guy keeps riding my butt and flashing his light and blowing the horn at me. Then when we hit the only real straight away he passes about causes a wreck and flips me off again.

You ever just have one of those days?

When it rains it poors. I had a guy chase me down the interstate like this kinda one time. First I get the bird then latter on I get the good old fashioned moon. To make this worse the guy was at least 40. I mean a punk kid would have bugged me still but a older guy its just showed his level of maturity.

I'm not a good example and have been guilty of addressing road situations to quickly. I remember asking the pastor when our church was going to get tags with our church's name on it. He told me in a kidding way, " I wouldn't get one, because he wouldn't want someone calling the church looking for me after seeing the tag on my truck." You know if you think about it that really hits home. You are representing your church and in turn Christ.

This is one place God revealed Matthew 5:44 - But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and perecute you; not only is this in red, but is highlighted in my Bible.

Hard to do, but God knows I try hard to work on this and change my ways! Thank God, he has time for everyone else after dealing with me. What an awesome GOD!!

It's hard for me too. When it really hit home for me was when my little Molly was riding with Jody & was stopped at a red light & the split second the light turned she said" GO ON, GET OUT OF MY WAY, HIT THE HORN MOMMA, THAT'S WHAT DADDY WOULD DO". She was 4.
That's when you realize the kids are going to be the same way if that's all they see. I want them to be waaaayyyyyy better than me when they grow up. With Gods help, I have gotten better. He is awesome!!
