Rough Idle only when warm

Like last summer, after running the jeep for about 20-30 minutes then turning it off, then starting it up about 5 minutes later I am having a rough idle. If I wait a few minutes it clears up and everything is fine. If the engine is cold it also has no problem. CEL comes on with a cylinder 3 misfire. So I googled it and found that it may be due to heat soak so they recommend a little silicon bootie or to insulate the injectors. Alex,the TJ I got off you does the same thing but the code is for "multiple cyl misfire" .Their are multiple threads about this over on Jeep forum.I suspected it was low fuel pressure causing my problem and had the pressure checked.The pressure is supposed to be 39 pounds and it works to just get 20,so I have a new pump to go in it I just have'nt got to it yet.I'm not sayin this is your problem but it might be something to check.

i had same prob took some carb cleaner and sprayed around the intake and sure enough cyl 3 gasket was sucking in to much air causing the same prob ur having try it and see man

got the little silicon insulator on, hasnt idled bad yet! :)
