First, I am not going to be able to make it tomorrow. As to your question -
Well, in a way, sort of - Horse Creek, as in the actual creek, runs north from the park area.
This is actually the Horse Creek recreational area - a park at the foot of the mountain. The trail we speak of goes from the south end of the parking area up the mountain and meets the A/T. It runs about 4-1/2 miles to an overlook.
The actual location is south of SR107 and is accessed by turning south off SR107 just west of the Amish store. There is a large sign that defines the recreation area. Once in the park, drive all the way south to the end of the pavement. The T/H is quite obvious.

Horse Creek is a very easy trail. The real climbing and switchbacks don't occur until you're in about 3 miles. There are a few creek crossings. I was up there briefly a couple weeks ago - drove in about 1 mile - the creek was up a bit, crossings no more than a foot deep. Trail was in great shape - however, I only went 1/4 of the way, so I can't comment on the climb section. It should be fine.
For those who have not done it - you really do need 4WD, but a stock vehicle will do just fine. My old Blazer has been up a few times, too.
Sorry I can't join in - I love the trail, and do need a wheeling trip soon.
