If you are simply using the 351W long block and replacing the 302, then bolt-on/thread-in sensors & electronics off the 302 should do it. If the FI is not off the 1990, then it's a whole different ball of wax. I am not any kind of Ford expert, whatsoever, so maybe one of them will chime in.

Dude...unless you are going to use this rig for comp rock crawling(which i would guess not because of it being a full body rig) can the EFI and put you a good motorcraft 2brl carb on it...had this setup on my buggy and was on its side many times and purred like a kitten with no prob.

THIS IS NOT ME DRIVING.....but it is my old buggy and i have had in this shape many times and the motor would run as good on its side as setting on all 4 wheels

Dude...its one of those skateboard moves....you know where they ride the halfpipes and grab the edge on their way up and kick the board over their head

Gnarley dude. Is he wearing some old school vans?

I saw a pair to buy the other day but my wife denied me. I'll have to wait when she's not around.

get a EFI 351w lower intake and distributor and swap all the stuff off the 302 onto it. should run fine with the 302 ecm. the 302 upper intake will swap right onto the 351 lower; u will just have to plug the TFI module, injectors, intake air temp sensor, and ECT(engine coolant temp sensor) into the 351 lower. The IAC, EGR, TPS and everything on the 302 upper can connect right back up. Very simple to do. Carbs are for old people. ;) horton ;)

Rebuild the AOD. With it you will have OD and can run taller tires and steeper gearing in the axles.

The C6 is a very tough trans.

BTW - Don't forget the high pressure fuel pump

it already has a high pressure pump. the vehicle had an EFI 5.0 in it.
